Captain James Cook
Captain James Cook is both the largest and the most versatile boat with regards to its facilities and consequently it makes the ideal floating venue for any occasion; from formal dinners, fun barbecues, buffets and casino nights, to a simple drinks party. She can accommodate up to 120 guests, see below for our maximum guest numbers depending on the package that you choose.
The lower deck was recently refurbished to include new furniture, panelling, windows and a fantastic bar. There are also two ladies and one gentlemen’s toilet at the rear of the lower deck, whilst the optional dance floor is towards the bow (or the front for you landlubbers!).
Captain James Cook is also the only boat that can be covered on the upper deck, or left open to enjoy the sunshine. The upper deck was recently refurbished to include new windows (removable) and colourful lighting. The most recent addition to the upper deck was a retractable roof which can be opened in warmer weather or closed if the elements are not in our favour. There is also an optional barbecue making it an ideal place to enjoy cool drinks and sizzling barbecues/buffets.
There are steps to both upper and lower deck and so unfortunately the Captain James Cook is not wheelchair accessible.
