All tickets must be pre-booked. Call YorkBoat on 01904 628324 to make a booking or check availability. Full payment, names and ages of children required at the time of booking.
Tickets are non refundable or transferable once booked.
During flooding or ice we are able to offer a fixed landing point and therefore no refunds are offered if we are able to continue to cruise without sailing.
