Yorkboat Terms and Conditions

 

* Tickets purchased online are non- refundable and non- returnable.

*YorkBoat reserve the right to refuse single sex groups, stag and hen parties on sightseeing trips, self-drive boats and private hire, please call for details.

*Santa Cruises, Private Hire, Summer Nights Afloat and Christmas Nights Afloat may be held stationary if we are unable to cruise due to flooding. As our costs remain the same no refunds are offered if we can continue the event without crusing.

*If we have to cancel cruises for any reason, refunds will be given.

*Dogs are permitted on our sightseeing trips. Dogs (with the exception of guide/hearing dogs) are not permitted in our office and boatyard.  

*There are no card facilities onboard or at the quayside so please bring cash only.
